Got a fun response to my last post on this subject from @Itamarbr via Twitter, telling Heebonics that Israel's national team as a whole, is "rubbish". Could be, I'm not the biggest soccer maven out there. However, I think the Israeli national team just missed out on getting to the last World Cup. Yes, they made the 1970 World Cup more or less by fluke, but still... you gotta believe.
