While our radio airwaves in North America are flooded with tracks from Jewish artists such as Drake, Pink and Adam Levine of Maroon 5, Israel has also produced a number of extremely talented musical artists.
Among the top singer/songwriters in the industry is the multi-platinum selling David Broza, who "embarked on a mini North American tour" earlier this month, which features stops in San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago and elsewhere, including Montreal on Nov. 21 and Ottawa on Nov. 24.
Broza is “considered one of the most dynamic and vibrant performers to come out of Eretz Yisrael since the late 1970’s,” according to Size Doesn’t Matter blogger David Caspi.
In an interview with the Israeli artist, which can be viewed by clicking here, Caspi got the following response when he asked Broza what songs fans can expect to hear on the tour dates.
“My tour now is one that consists of songs from my 35-year career. I sing a lot of my better-known Hebrew songs and then take the audience through a journey by including songs from some of my Spanish and American albums. I am having a lot of fun,” Broza said.
