Taglit creating a "look and cook book" for 13th year

Taglit Birthright is celebrating it's bar/bat mitzvah year in style. The organization, which has in the course of its existence brought some 300,000 participants from 59 countries on a free 10-day trip to Israel, is marking its 13th birthday. And you can be a part of the celebrations.

Taglit is calling on its alumni to help put together "Israel To Go: Look and Cook Book - The Taglit-Birthright Edition." The book will feature photos and illustrations of Israel's markets and food scene as well as kosher recipes for Israeli food, all supplied by Birthright participants.

If you want to get your photos or your recipes into the book, and have the chance to win your own free copy once it comes out, submit your own art work or tasty recipe online.

Yum! I can't wait to cook up new Israeli recipes!
