Although unconfirmed, it seems very likely that the stars of the popular TV show House will be visiting Israel in the near future, as part of a publicity stunt to promote tourism in the Holy Land.
According to an online article posted by Ynet, the group of actors – not including the program's lead star Hugh Laurie – will visit several of the country's main tourist attractions.
A Foreign Ministry spokesperson confirmed that talks were being held with the actors, who had expressed an interest in visiting the country, but that a final confirmation for their arrival had yet to be received.
House is a very successful medical drama, with Laurie playing the central character of Dr. Gregory House. The show debuted on the FOX network in 2004, and is currently in its seventh season.
