Memories of #Tribefest

Suffice it to say it has taken a little while to effectively reflect on what may be one of the most culturally enlightening conference experiences I have ever had. Roughly 1,300 professional and young professional Jews from all across North America assembled for the first annual Tribefest held this year in Sin City, that's right Las Vegas Nevada.

The two day event brought together session speakers on a variety of topics ranging from the emerging community of PUNK JEWS to future-casting what the Jewish religion as a whole might look like in 5 to 10 years.

It kicked off with big name flare as Mayim Bialik star of the 90's hit sitcom Blossom, now seen on the CBS comedic hit The Big Bang Theory extolled the love she has for her Judaism and how her parents made every effort to instill within her a strong cultural foundation, for everything she would achieve personally and professionally. Fortunately for all you who could not attend, what I brought back for all of you to see is just about all she had to say. Enjoy.
