Oy,
a memorial session might be a nice idea, but when the New Israel Fund is sponsoring, it's a sign to stay away. The New Israel Fund (not to be confused with the 'One Israel Fund' that supports terror victims), is an organization that sponsors only progressive ideas that detract from a Jewish Israel and support making Israel a state for all peoples.

Well, whatever the politics, the event was really more just to memorialize the victims.

From what I understand, nary a politically motivated word was spoken. Only life-affirming messaging and outcry over senseless murder.
