blueStar PR... doing it right

Many people in Canada still don't know about this little org in San Fran. I was lucky enough to get contacted by the folks at blueStarPR: The Jewish Ink Tank, and shown just how positive spin on all things Israel can go a long way to breaking down negative stereotypes of the Holy Land.

Here's what they do in their own words:

BlueStarPR creates messages that humanize perceptions of Israel. We focus on the freedoms Israelis enjoy, and how these freedoms create a peaceful, prosperous country that respects all its citizens –Jewish, Muslim, Christian and Druze. Our most powerful campaigns have been built around the themes of freedom of the press, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, respect for women, and gay rights and environmental activism.

Perhaps most importantly, Bluestar is trying to break the vise grip many campuses across North America are being held in due to the vociferous, anti-Israel and anti-Semitic groups who've embarked on a zealous campaign to vilify the Jewish state each year.

Below are just a couple of examples of the excellent work this non-profit is doing to help spread the gospel of a democratic, free and fun-loving Israel. Have a look. Support them or use their services if you can. Kol ha'kavod to them.
